We have an exciting opportunity for a bright and inquisitive Executive Assistant to work as a long term collaborative partner of the recently appointed Chief Executive. The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in the daily management of the CEOs office, providing pre-emptive organisational and administrative support, managing a strenuous international travel schedule, and working in partnership with senior management and internal and external stakeholders to deliver the Company Strategy and Organisational Objectives.

Your talent to anticipate business needs, and manage multiple projects, in a fast-paced role where you can demonstrate your ability to make independent decisions and work sensitivity with international colleagues across all markets as well as external partners will be essential for success.

  • Comprehensive diary and inbox management across multiple time-zones
  • Calendar management – annual business planning, scheduling meetings both in the UK & internationally, tracking responses and preparing reports and presentations for meetings
  • Coordinating and scheduling complex travel including itineraries, transport, accommodation and visas
  • Plan and organise larger meetings and events with excellent logistical attention to detail and engagement of team
  • Analyse and model data to support informed decision-making
  • Produce/proof-read presentations/documents for internal and external purposes
  • Budget tracking and administration
  • Prepare expense reports and Purchase Orders – receipt/process invoices

About You

Early in your career working for a C-Suite Executive, ideally, with a high performance international company or team, you will be motivated, influential, with a growth mindset.  You can demonstrate initiative and the ability to think strategically and find solutions to daily challenges in this exciting and varied opportunity.  

As an ambassador for the CEO, you will be discrete, culturally aware, and sensitive to others with the ability to communicate in a confident and relaxed manner whilst managing highly sensitive information. Flexibility is essential while handling multiple priorities and delivering tasks with those in international time zones.

This is a full-time role, 35 hours per week Monday to Friday. However, due to the profile of the position and the requirement to deliver on an international scale, there may be occasions when it is necessary to work outside of the core working hours to support business requirements. Therefore, you will need to be flexible and adaptable at all times. The role may require travel occasionally, within the UK and Internationally.
