Prior’s Court is a registered charity providing education and residential care for young people with complex autism aged 5-25, helping them to build brighter, more independent futures. Based at their beautiful 50-acre estate, they are looking to hire an experienced Recruiter/Interviewer to work three days a week (flexible on which days) for a six-month duration.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in collaboration with the recruitment team, to pre-screen CVs, conduct telephone interviews, and verify documentation to ensure candidates are verified before being invited to the second stage
- Lead and conduct fair and objective interviews for contact staff who will be working directly with the young people across site
- Collate and verify all paperwork is completed and a fair and consistent approach is followed throughout the interview process
- Provide advice to the hiring managers, ensuring experience, skills and team fit are considered
- Deliver a professional administrative and compliance service to ensure the recruitment process is run professionally and smoothly
About You
You will need to be an experienced Recruiter, able to conduct professional interviews (competency-based) up to management level and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. Acting as a resourcing partner to the hiring managers, your strong communication and planning skills will be utilised daily. Your ability to navigate ambiguity and find solutions to problems requiring an agile and open mindset will be critical to your success. Experience of working in the care sector would be advantageous.
