Our client is an integrated producer broadcaster (IPB) consisting of Studios and Media & Entertainment (M&E). Through their studios they create, own and distribute high-quality content for broadcasters and platform owners globally. Through M&E, they distribute content across their channels and platforms, with an increasing focus on driving streaming viewing and revenues. The integration of these two businesses provides an attractive destination for talent and offers advertisers a unique opportunity to integrate their brand into their shows.

This role can be based in the UK with the ability to work in a main hub office (Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, London) and travel to the London head office when required.

We are looking for an experienced, professional Recruitment Manager to work collaboratively with HRBP’s, Hiring Managers and R&D colleagues to deliver a proactive, best in class, efficient end to end resourcing service to meet the business needs & ensure the identification and attraction of diverse & quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a proactive, inclusive, best in class and efficient resourcing service to colleagues, candidates, suppliers and stakeholders across the business and externally
  • Manage the 360 end to end resourcing service from:
  • follow the broadcaster’s compliance and selection process
  • optimise the ATS to continuously improve the resourcing process
  • understand the vacancy requirements and advise on the best route to market
  • source from a wide variety of inclusive routes to market and provide a diverse shortlist
  • conduct proactive and effective campaigns to identify candidates & raise awareness of the brand in key areas of the business
  • design & deliver the selection process including adverts, exercises, Psychometric testing and interview scripts against the skills, knowledge & experience & company values/behaviours
  • act as the liaison between internal stakeholders, across multiple sites for all resourcing needs ensuring a flexible in a fast moving, fluid organisation
  • manage the candidate journey including feedback, offer and ensuring a great start with the induction team
  • Ensure the selection process is inclusive and enables applicants to perform at their best
  • Support external Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, market trends and routes to market
  • Attend external & organise/lead internal events to raise awareness of the business and the opportunities available
  • Proactively partner with the business leads, key stakeholders, HRBP’s and HR Services to understand the businesses requirements, ensure an integrated HR service and a seamless onboarding experience for internal & external joiners, colleagues and suppliers

Skills, Experience & Behaviours

  • Experience of working and building strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, constructively challenging as needed
  • Ability to build rapport and credibility to win trust of hiring managers
  • Experienced recruiter through a recruitment consultancy and/or as part of an in-house team working with high volume whilst owning the end-to-end resourcing process
  • Experience of designing selection material including exercises and interview scripts against job criteria & company values/behaviours using a variety of methodologies such as competency, scenario, motivational and conducting and/or supporting the hiring manager through the end-to-end process
  • Practised in the latest creative sourcing and selection techniques to attract and source a diverse and inclusive candidate shortlist and managed pool
  • Experience of partnering with HR and delivering a seamless service to the business
  • Understanding of Employment legislation in relation to Resourcing such as Equality Act, GDPR, Compliance
