With a private equity investor onboard, their journey of growth continues, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to work in partnership with Hiring Managers, HR colleagues and employees to deliver a proactive, best in class, efficient end to end resourcing service to meet business needs, focused on talent attraction, pipeline development of skilled talent pools and the enhancement of the employer brand in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage a resourcing strategy that delivers talent acquisition solutions to meet operational forecasts
  • Manage and coordinate the 360 end to end resourcing service including advising hiring managers on the best route to market, writing job adverts, updating job descriptions, advertising vacancies, liaising with suppliers, processing and reviewing of applications, interviewing/coordinating assessment days where necessary
  • Producing employment offers, obtaining references and managing the probation period
  • Support the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP cycle), producing data (headcounts, retention) and work that supports gaps identified from the resourcing and capability projections to business strategic targets.
  • Continually improve and build upon direct sourcing opportunities and to be aware of competitor advances ensuring relevant recruitment campaigns are cost effective and within budget to achieve maximum output
  • Optimise and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) across all vacancies and candidate applications to continuously improve the resourcing process and candidate experience
  • Manage and attend recruitment events including open days, recruitment fairs and ensure marketing collateral is on brand and fit for purpose
  • Deliver a professional administrative and compliance service to ensure the recruitment process is run professionally and smoothly
