Due to significant growth, it’s a really exciting time to join the business. We are looking to recruit an ambitious Talent Manager who is driven by delivering and identifying outstanding talent and consulting services to leading challenger brands, shaping their growth for the future.

As an experienced Talent Manager, you will deliver a best in class resourcing service to our clients, managing the 360 end to end resourcing service, delivering against agreed annual KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from taking and shaping role briefings with brands, to provide an enhanced candidate experience
  • Build consultative relationships, by providing strategic and tactical resourcing solutions and advice to our brands to support their long term hiring plans
  • Provide a 5* resourcing service every time
  • Design and deliver a selection process that assesses skills, knowledge, experience & company values and behaviours
  • Ensure compliance and verification processes are adhered too
  • Build and engage with talent pools and networks

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • Proven track record of success in resourcing commercial roles, ideally within FMCG
  • A passion for food & drink
  • A ‘smart’ approach to managing your workload
  • Excellent stakeholder management capability
  • Listens, consults with others and proactively communicates in a collaborative way
  • Empathetic, adapts to the team and builds team spirit
  • Outstanding time management
