We are seeking a Quality Administrator to join our busy Quality Team on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and professional team where you can develop valuable experience in quality management, compliance, audits, and continuous improvement.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Quality, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation and maintenance of the organisation’s Management System while helping to embed quality management principles across the business.
You will provide vital administrative support to the Quality function, ensuring records, systems, audits, and compliance activities are managed effectively and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintaining and administering management systems and associated records
• Supporting the delivery of ISO certification programmes
• Assisting with business assurance activities and audit administration
• Managing audit records and supporting non-conformance and corrective action processes
• Supporting process owners with process development and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assisting with quality improvement projects across the business
• Maintaining compliance-related systems and documentation
• Supporting the ongoing maintenance and development of the Quality Hub
• Producing reports and analysing performance data to identify trends and support decision-making
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Experience working within a busy office or administrative environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
• Confidence working with data, reports, and business systems
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and use initiative
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
