WEB-BASED AD STRATEGIES
With the most up-to-date web-based sourcing strategies using popular job boards, online job postings, and social media sources, we will be sure to attract top talent for your role. Price includes taking the brief and job description, writing the ad copy, and managing the posting of your role onto a variety of job boards and social media outlets.
CV AND PHONE SCREENING SERVICE
Our qualified consultants will screen up to 49 CVs based on your role’s desired skills and job experience criteria. Additionally, we will phone screen the top 10 candidates and provide you with a ranked list of the top 5. We can schedule and conduct face-to-face or video conferencing interviews, or conduct any number of aptitude and ability assessments if required.
COMPETENCY-BASED INTERVIEW PACKAGES WITH SKILL ASSESSMENTS
One-hour video conferencing competency-based interview with two role-specific, SHL skill assessments. Face-to-face interviews available for an additional £29 per candidate. Includes any SHL assessment from the skills and job knowledge or ability and aptitude psychometric testing categories.
BESPOKE ASSESSMENT CENTRES
Assessment centres can simultaneously assess a candidate’s potential and performance through a variety of tests, interviews, and simulation exercises. We offer a one-day bespoke assessment centre including two exercises and a group activity or workflow simulation with facilitator (8 candidates minimum).
