Due to our recent expansion, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Sales Administrator who excels in building relationships, has a passion for sales support, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
The Role
As a Sales Administrator, you will report to the Internal Sales Manager and take charge of projects from initial enquiry to final completion, ensuring a seamless and outstanding customer experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming sales enquiries and converting them into sales orders.
- Collaborating with the Estimating team to produce quotations, manage CAD drawing and sample requests, and raise sales orders.
- Liaising with the CAD team for customer drawings and managing the approval process.
- Coordinating with the production team to agree on timelines.
- Working with third-party shipping companies to determine costs and delivery dates.
- Prospecting businesses using our internal CRM system.
About You
We seek a natural communicator and team player, dedicated to customer satisfaction and delivering quality service. You excel in planning, organisation, and have proficient IT skills. Sales support experience is a plus. This role offers excellent growth potential.
